Our mission for this retail project included project management for transfer to the end client (Exterioo & X2O).

Complexity:
The tight deadline for delivery created a lot of time pressure for all parties involved. Due to our peak preaparation and early involvement, efficiency in execution was very high. While the assembly of the steel structure could only start just before the Christmas holidays, we could already hand over the carcass to the end customer in mid-March.
