Our mission included the total project management for the expansion of the strategic project "Euro Park South", from which an entire province was supplied for Lidl Belgium.

Complexity:
Promanas analysis of the design provided a breakthrough in the permit process. This allowed construction work to commence. The works had to be carried out while operations continued at full capacity throughout the work period. There was to be no interruption to the continuous inflow and outflow in the distribution centre. A detailed schedule was agreed before the start of works and confirmed weekly.
