Located at the entrance to the main shopping street "Meir Antwerp," this is a renovation of a building from 1928 in the style of Art Deco.

Complexity:
The project involved the preservation of the natural façade bricks of French white stone Savonnières. Through a deep excavation of up to 12 meters below the surface, the former city wall from the Spanish era came to light in the predicted position. The entire building structure was erected with the same exterior appearance but with modified floor levels. All this with underground structures just next to the metro lines of Antwerp-Centre.
